Her credentials and achievements include numerous training certifications in fitness-related disciplines, masters and undergraduate studies in nutrition and wellness coaching, and personal experience in overcoming psychological and physical barriers that nearly took her life. What she learned from that ordeal not only changed her outlook on life but drives her to help others overcome their challenges. Lashanda’s positive outlook and practical approach to holistic wellness offer all of us valuable tools we can leverage in our search for health and a good life.
